Supply Chain Manager

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee sourcing, procurement, inventory replenishment, and supplier management activities across a multi-site operation. What You Will Do:

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities supporting operations, maintenance, inventory, and capital equipment needs
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies that improve cost, quality, service, and supply continuity
• Manage inventory replenishment processes to ensure material availability across multiple locations
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
• Analyze spending, supplier performance, and procurement metrics to identify savings and process improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop a procurement team while supporting future organizational growth
• Partner with operations, finance, and other stakeholders to align purchasing activities with business priorities
• Establish and improve procurement systems, policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and visibility

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing leadership experience
• Experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives
• Proven ability to support inventory management, MRO purchasing, capital equipment procurement, or related operational purchasing activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and reporting tools to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring procurement or supply chain team members
• Ability to travel regularly to operational sites and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
