Support the operational management of a diversified investment portfolio as an Investment Operations Associate. You will help maintain investment data, research discrepancies, and support reporting and operational processes. What You Will Do:

• Review and maintain investment transactions, positions, and security data
• Perform reconciliations and resolve data exceptions
• Support portfolio reporting and investment operations processes
• Assist with valuations, cash activity, and investment record maintenance
• Collaborate with investment professionals and business partners
• Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, mathematics, or related field
• Internship or 0-2 years of experience in asset management, investments, banking, accounting, or financial services preferred
• Interest in investment markets, portfolio management, and asset management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and proficiency with Excel
