What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to internal communication efforts by crafting engaging, visually driven messaging tools
  • Conceptualize and deliver branded creative assets for diverse audiences, including bilingual (English/Spanish) communications
  • Develop and refresh visual programming for digital display systems throughout company locations
  • Capture, edit, and assemble multimedia content, including animated pieces, interview-style videos, and on-site footage
  • Produce a broad range of print and digital materials such as brochures, newsletters, posters, business cards, and slide presentations
  • Work in close alignment with communications personnel to maintain brand consistency and messaging cohesion
  • Coordinate with marketing team members to create branded materials that support product launches and promotional efforts
  • Develop visual assets that reinforce safety awareness, regulatory compliance, and operational initiatives
  • Manage and facilitate translation efforts to ensure visual materials are accessible across languages
  • Document employee engagement events and initiatives through professional photography and video coverage
  • Manage digital libraries and creative assets, ensuring files are organized, current, and properly retained
  • Recommend creative approaches, tools, and emerging design practices to elevate visual communications

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital media, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
  • Experience in corporate communications, multimedia production, or a similar creative environment
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating proficiency across both digital and print media
  • Well-rounded visual communication capabilities, including graphic design, video editing, photo retouching, videography, and photography
  • Experience developing content for bilingual audiences (English/Spanish), with the ability to adapt messaging across cultures; bilingual skills preferred
  • Understanding of multimedia workflows, content development lifecycles, and production best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to branding, visual consistency, and design detail, with awareness of current design trends
  • Interest in agriculture or related industries preferred
