Work Model:

What You Will Do: 

• Analyze and evaluate core operational and financial performance metrics
• Review financial data and measure performance against established organizational objectives
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide financial analysis as needed
• Collaborate with leadership teams to support data‑driven analysis efforts
• Analyze financial results to inform strategic decisions
• Work closely with finance team members to evaluate results, forecasts, and key assumptions
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and long‑term financial planning initiatives
• Support ongoing monthly forecast updates and scenario analysis

What You Will Need To Be Successful: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related degree
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A 
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office experience
• SAP experience is highly desirable
• Manufacturing industry helpful
