IT Asset Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Oversee computer distribution and return workflows to ensure accurate tracking and timely processing
• Manage end‑user support requests, including escalations, warranty claims, and hardware repair issues
• Support physical asset management operations by handling shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, asset management principles, and inventory control
• Experience with inventory, shipping, and IT asset management operations, including procurement and logistics support
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and inventory or shipping systems such as FINS and UPS Campus Ship
• High attention to detail in barcode labeling, record accuracy, and shipment verification within a stockroom environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical inventory tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities
