What You Will Do:

  • Drive OEM sales growth for brake, suspension, axle, and related component product lines
  • Own day‑to‑day engagement with assigned OEM accounts, delivering responsive and high‑quality support
  • Analyze customer applications, engineering specifications, and production requirements to align solutions
  • Demonstrate technical solutions and value propositions to engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and execute quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies that support profitable growth
  • Cultivate new OEM opportunities while strengthening relationships with key decision‑makers across existing accounts

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 3-7 years of successful technical sales experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy equipment, or related OEM markets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage OEM accounts and progress complex, long‑cycle sales involving engineered products
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience selling or supporting mechanical systems such as brakes, suspensions, axles, or similar components
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with engineering‑driven customers
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and using CRM tools; bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
