Our client is seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead and evolve a modern application ecosystem supporting critical business initiatives. What You Will Do:

  • Set technical direction for the application landscape, guiding architecture and modernization across web, mobile, frontend, and back-office platforms
  • Deliver application initiatives end to end, translating requirements into reliable releases that meet timeline, scope, and business expectations
  • Build and support high-performing development teams through hiring, performance management, mentoring, and skill development
  • Enforce development standards and the SDLC, aligning technical execution with business strategy through clear roadmaps and plans
  • Direct production support and issue resolution, ensuring stable releases, thorough testing, and dependable system performance
  • Coordinate development schedules, dependencies, and resources, adjusting plans to meet shifting priorities and organizational needs

What You Will Need to Be Successful:  

  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting modern web applications while remaining technically involved in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of full‑stack development, including frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, and data persistence
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction through architecture guidance, code reviews, and design collaboration
  • Working understanding of relational databases and SQL, including data modeling and performance considerations
  • Experience working within Agile development environments, balancing speed, quality, and long-term system maintainability
