Central Iowa based company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer Full Stack that is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable user interfaces, integrations, and backend systems that support core products and services. This role serves as a technical leader, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant solutions. Apply today!

What You Will Do:

  • Drive technical execution of complex projects across architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure consistent delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality code aligned with sprint and release targets
  • Coach and support engineers while fostering best practices and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and support full-stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and system integrations
  • Enhance and maintain existing applications, including custom partner solutions
  • Shape scalable architectures, data models, and long-term technology direction

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 7+ years of full stack development experience
  • Proven experience in leading development efforts 
  • Strong experience with Node.js and modern front-end toolin, .NET / .NET CoreC#SQL and relational databasesRESTful APIsJavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
