Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Processing Specialist to join our client's growing financial services team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing transaction documentation, accurately entering data, and initiating dispute cases within our processing systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, precise work.

What You Will Do:

• Review electronic documentation to identify, verify, and validate transaction details
• Initiate non-fraud dispute cases in the internal processing platform accurately
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance requirements
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate findings clearly and escalate issues when necessary

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Dependability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Critical thinking skills and sound judgment when making decisions
• Prior experience in financial services, data entry, or dispute processing is a plus
