A fast-growing technology services organization is seeking a Channel Sales Director to expand and scale its partner ecosystem. This role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners while driving revenue growth through strategic relationships. Work Model:

  • Remote eligible in Iowa, Missouri, or Florida

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and recruit partners through outreach, industry connections, distributors, and events
  • Increase market awareness and position solutions effectively within the partner ecosystem
  • Lead partner onboarding and training, providing tools, messaging, and resources to enable success
  • Own and exceed quota, KPIs, and revenue targets while supporting partner deals end-to-end (qualification to close)
  • Strengthen partner engagement and wallet share while building and maintaining strong partner relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers, lead joint business planning, and ensure smooth implementation and ongoing customer success

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Channel sales/partner management experience (telecom preferred)
  • Proven success working remotely and independently
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth
