You will play a key part in shaping product requirements from early planning through full development while influencing organizational decisions. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the evolution and improvement of the requirements development process across projects
  • Manage and document stakeholder needs while translating them into clear and actionable product requirements
  • Ensure all requirements include traceable validation and verification methods to support product quality
  • Coach and guide team members in converting business needs into structured requirements and detailed specifications
  • Assess functional architectures against customer needs while identifying the organizational impact of project decisions

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities with the ability to guide teams and influence project direction
  • Apply advanced technical writing and analytical thinking skills to interpret complex or conflicting inputs
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of technical experience and 2+ years in systems engineering, business analysis, or project management
  • Show experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with requirements management tools such as Jama, DOORS, or Polarion, along with strong judgment and decision-making skills
