What You Will Do:

  • Deliver technical support and solutions to service technicians, store personnel, and retail refrigeration systems
  • Manage service contractors and field technicians, ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Train and develop new technicians while acting as a resource for troubleshooting
  • Respond to calls during and after working hours, serving as a liaison during power outages
  • Oversee refrigeration projects, coordinating with the Refrigeration Manager and other departments
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while optimizing system performance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with installing, servicing, and diagnosing refrigeration systems and controls
  • State of Iowa HVAC/R license and EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Technician's License
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical instructions, and troubleshooting systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing projects and familiarity with maintenance software and procurement systems (preferred)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications
