IT Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Desktop Support Engineer to join a dynamic team providing essential technology support and infrastructure management. This position plays a key role in ensuring reliable desktop performance, endpoint security, and user satisfaction across the organization. You will work hands-on with a variety of systems while supporting both technical operations and end users. Work Model:

• On-Site
• 5 days per week

What You Will Do:

• Manage the complete PC lifecycle including imaging, deployment, configuration, and hardware inventory
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
• Administer endpoint security using Microsoft Defender XDR and ensure device health compliance
• Deploy and monitor Windows patching processes and validate vulnerability compliance
• Support IP telephony systems including configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support, document processes, and train end users on technology tools

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Associate's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of desktop or systems support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware support
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and patch management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
