Palmer Group has partnered with our established client to fill their Accounting Administrator position. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including verifying, reconciling, and posting accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and other ledger accounts. What You Will Do:
- Guarantee that expense coding, check issuance, and voucher preparation are completed precisely and in a timely manner
- Perform Accounts Receivable duties:
- Produce and send invoices for the company (SIP, WPX, PPIC, Forum, PAC Auction, Alliance Dues, State Exec)
- Trace all invoices from vendors through payment
- Apply payments
- Complete Accounting reporting to staff on a consistent schedule
- Oversee weekly deposit tracking
- Perform Accounts Payable duties:
- Oversee all incoming electronic invoices for the DSM and WDC
- Manage verification of expense reports
- Send State revenue checks monthly as needed
- Answer account-related requests for both staff and vendors
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Associate's degree
- 3+ years of experience
