Palmer Group has partnered with our established client to fill their Accounting Administrator position. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including verifying, reconciling, and posting accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and other ledger accounts. What You Will Do:

  • Guarantee that expense coding, check issuance, and voucher preparation are completed precisely and in a timely manner
  • Perform Accounts Receivable duties:
    • Produce and send invoices for the company (SIP, WPX, PPIC, Forum, PAC Auction, Alliance Dues, State Exec)
    • Trace all invoices from vendors through payment
    • Apply payments
    • Complete Accounting reporting to staff on a consistent schedule
    • Oversee weekly deposit tracking
  • Perform Accounts Payable duties:
    • Oversee all incoming electronic invoices for the DSM and WDC
    • Manage verification of expense reports
    • Send State revenue checks monthly as needed
    • Answer account-related requests for both staff and vendors

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Associate's degree
  • 3+ years of experience
