What You Will Do:

  • Research and evaluate upcoming project opportunities through industry reporting sources
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bid proposals by reviewing project plans, specifications, and blueprints
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to develop project estimates and address project-related challenges
  • Organize project schedules, workforce planning, budgets, and resource allocation to support successful project delivery

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of construction industry experience required
