What You Will Do:

  • Develop refrigeration components and systems that meet safety, regulatory, and performance requirements from project kickoff to production launch
  • Design and develop water dispensing, ice-making, and airflow delivery systems for refrigeration applications
  • Translate concepts into design solutions while contributing both independently and in cross-functional team environments
  • Analyze design alternatives and select solutions that optimize cost, performance, and quality
  • Troubleshoot issues across energy compliance, assembly, safety, fabrication, quality, reliability, and testing functions

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in this area
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, with expertise in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer
  • Comprehension of electric heating systems and basic circuits and controls
  • Prior experience with injection molding processes and sheet metal fabrication
