What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level positions
  • Coordinate and manage summer internship programs, including scheduling and communication with hiring managers
  • Organize recruiting events such as career fairs, open houses, classroom presentations, and company tours
  • Build and sustain ongoing partnerships with high schools, colleges, trade schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations
  • Promote the company's employment brand through presentations, social media, and community outreach
  • Present to educational and workforce entities regarding career opportunities
  • Recruit, screen, interview, and place interns and entry-level candidates, supporting hiring managers throughout the process
  • Manage applicant tracking system workflows, candidate communication, and applicant disposition
  • Assist with job posting, offer letters, and event planning
  • Support special projects and company-sponsored events as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, workforce development, or internship coordination
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills–both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various levels of an organization
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruitment periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and occasionally visit job sites
