C#.Net Developer

A local Des Moines company is seeking an experienced C#.Net Developer to join its team on a full-time or contract-to-hire basis. This role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions while collaborating with peers to enhance business systems and processes. What You Will Do:

• Document, design, and develop functional modules based on user specifications while maintaining version control
• Participate in team discussions to gather requirements and develop new ideas and specifications
• Develop IT solutions using current technologies and development best practices
• Create and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and system records
• Monitor server system services and initiate maintenance activities as needed
• Support incident management processes by resolving and documenting assigned issues within established timeframes
• Provide technical guidance and support to peers and other developers
• Contribute to ongoing system improvements and process enhancements

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of object-oriented programming experience
• 5+ years of experience working in SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database environments
• Expert-level knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Working knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Experience with web-based systems running on SQL Server and Microsoft server platforms
• Knowledge of database design and performance optimization techniques
• Experience working in a team-oriented development environment
• Object-oriented programming experience with technologies such as C# and VB.NET
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
