Customer Service Representative

Our Johnston client is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to join their mid-sized, growing finance company. This contract role will review contracts for accuracy and control every aspect of the contract process. This position is currently remote but will move to the office in Johnston, Iowa, in the future. Work Model:

• Hybrid
• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday – Friday; occasional Saturdays

What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer and vendor needs efficiently
• Respond to requests with accurate information and confirmations within required timeframes
• Provide lease payoff quotes, buyout quotes, and support payment processing and inquiries
• Generate and send documents such as invoices, contracts, amortization schedules, and bills of sale
• Address general account questions, including tax, insurance, lease-end details, and updating customer information
• Assist with basic technical issues (logins, password resets, portal use) and complete additional tasks as assigned

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma required, some college preferred
• 1-3 years in customer service, with call center experience preferred
• Familiarity with financial services and the leasing industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math ability and proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
