We are seeking a highly motivated Production Scheduler to support our laser cutting and forming operations in Davenport, Iowa. Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8-hour, 3rd Shift position
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You Will Do:

  • Create and maintain production schedules for laser cutting and forming operations
  • Coordinate production priorities to ensure customer and operational requirements are met
  • Communicate schedule updates and production changes with supervisors, engineers, schedulers, and manufacturing personnel
  • Monitor workflow, material availability, and production progress to optimize efficiency
  • Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve scheduling effectiveness
  • Spend approximately 50% or more of the time on the manufacturing floor supporting operations, with the remainder in an office environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations management, engineering, or a related field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of scheduling experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of scheduling, production planning, or manufacturing operations experience
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: 
    • Pivot Tables
    • VLOOKUPs
    • Data analysis and reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing responsibilities independently
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
