Accounts Payable Manager

What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations and payment processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff
• Oversee vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate accounting variances
• Support inventory accounting, purchase-to-pay, and receiving workflows
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, audits, and 1099 reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting/AP experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
• Experience with inventory accounting and purchasing workflows (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• CPA or public accounting experience is a plus
