Work Model:

What You Will Do:

  • Foster a workplace culture focused on employee safety and adherence to established safety practices
  • Drive achievement of established quality expectations and daily production performance goals
  • Oversee staffing levels, production workflow, and completion of accurate daily production reports
  • Guide employee growth through ongoing coaching, hands-on training, and professional development
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional departments to support operational objectives
  • Coordinate day-to-day production activities to maintain efficient and consistent manufacturing operations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
