What You Will Do:

• Serve as the primary finance leader for the plant, partnering with operations and leadership to drive financial performance, cost control, and operational decision-making
• Lead monthly close activities, financial reporting, standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and internal controls
• Support ERP transformation initiatives, capital project tracking, audits, and continuous process improvements while presenting key financial results and insights to plant and corporate leadership
• Lead and develop the plant accounting team to strengthen financial capabilities and support business growth

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong ERP systems knowledge and implementation experience
• Expertise in budgeting, standard costing, variance analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls
