What You Will Do:

• Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and tailored service
• Understand client needs deeply, translating these into clear project specifications and guiding successful execution
• Manage projects from proposal to delivery, coordinating with internal teams including prepress, pressroom, bindery, and fulfillment
• Develop accurate quotes in partnership with estimating and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Review proofs and finished products to ensure they align with client expectations
• Identify potential issues early and collaborate with teams to find effective solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing changes, and maintaining excellent service throughout the project lifecycle
• Grow client relationships by introducing additional services like large format printing, direct mail, and fulfillment solutions

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 3+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in commercial printing, direct mail, manufacturing, or a related production environment
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated ownership and independence, with a collaborative spirit
