Work Model:

What You Will Do:

• Make calls on accounts that are delinquent 
• Interact with customers regarding collections
• Utilize phone and email to request payments from customers
• Assist in coordinating suitable payment arrangements
• Follow up on accounts and document information accordingly

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Experience with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent communication abilities
• Collections experience (preferred)
