In the role of Bilingual Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts while also contributing to key human resources functions. This position works in close collaboration with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify, engage, and hire high-quality candidates. Beyond recruitment, you will support new hire onboarding, help maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations, and handle daily administrative responsibilities that promote a positive and seamless employee experience.

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts
  • Coordinate interview scheduling while maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Paycom applicant tracking system
  • Support onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and provide day-to-day HR administrative assistance

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources support
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and current recruiting trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
