What You Will Do:

• Design and improve material flow processes from receiving through point-of-use
• Optimize material handling systems, lineside inventory, and replenishment strategies
• Develop warehouse layouts, storage solutions, and material flow paths using CAD software
• Partner with Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain teams to maximize quality, safety, and operational efficiency
• Analyze material flow data and use modeling/simulation tools to determine labor and equipment needs
• Support process improvements related to new product launches, production line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience driving process improvements and supporting operational changes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with SAP
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling systems
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
