Compliance Officer

Lead our client's Compliance Management System (CMS) as a Compliance Officer! In this role, you'll ensure compliance with consumer regulations, CRA, and BSA/AML requirements. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board regarding compliance risks and regulatory matters. Apply today to be considered!

What You Will Do:

• ​Direct the Bank's compliance, CRA, and regulatory programs
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring activities
• Advise management and the Board regarding compliance risks and program effectiveness
• Assess new products and operational changes for regulatory impact
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and corrective actions
• Chair Compliance and CRA committees and support department-wide compliance efforts
• Administer the CRA program, including data management, examinations, community outreach, and maintaining a satisfactory or better CRA rating
• Provide oversight of the BSA/AML program, monitor effectiveness, and ensure appropriate governance and risk reporting

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 3+ years of banking compliance experience
• Regulatory examination and compliance management experience
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk assessment, and policy development
