Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to manage recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and leave management. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, new hire onboarding, maintaining employee information in Paylocity, benefits enrollment coordination, and FMLA administration. Ideal candidates will have prior HR experience and working knowledge of HRIS systems, with Paylocity experience preferred. Apply now!

What You Will Do:

• Provide HR compliance support and general administrative assistance
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordination
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain and update employee records within Paylocity
• Administer FMLA and other employee leave programs
• Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits inquiries

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 3+ years of human resources experience
• Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Paylocity preferred
• Knowledge of benefits administration and FMLA regulations
