Accounts Payable Specialist

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its accounting team. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounts payable processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Do:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions, including payment processing and weekly check runs
• Review invoices for coding accuracy, approvals, and policy compliance
• Maintain vendor records, payment terms, and tax documentation
• Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities and AP-related reporting
• Assist with audit requests and AP aging reports
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience, including full-cycle AP processing
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred or similar platforms)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-location operations is a plus
