Stratus Specialist (MRP System Specialist)

Our Des Moines-based client is looking for a Stratus Specialist (MRP System Specialist) to join their team. This role will require significant partnership with both the VDC and fabrication teams and will report directly to the Director of VDC. The ideal candidate is someone with the ability to quickly adopt new software, has experience supporting manufacturing or construction technology processes, and demonstrates a proven ability to collaborate across teams to enhance digital fabrication and drive data-informed decision-making.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the Stratus platform expert and primary contact for fabrication teams
• Support the setup and customization of Stratus to ensure alignment with company operational standards and processes
• Deliver training and continuous support to fabrication, VDC, and field teams to optimize Stratus utilization and workflow performance
• Identify and resolve user, system, and workflow concerns within Stratus

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in fabrication, software support, or construction technology
• Knowledge of Stratus software (preferred); high ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications (required)
