Supply Management Specialist

Join our growing supply chain team as a Supply Management Specialist. In this role, you will support procurement, inventory, and supplier management to ensure materials are available on time to support operations. Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

• Create, manage, and monitor purchase orders to ensure material availability and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain, inventory, and delivery issues
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support supply chain decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, logistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, or a related function
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Experience creating dashboards or visual reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, data analytics platforms, or similar business intelligence applications
