Account Executive – Sales & Marketing

Palmer Group is actively recruiting for an experienced Account Executive to join our team in West Des Moines. • Presenting our value proposals professionally to senior-level leaders
• Networking to build stronger bridges with clients and candidates we serve

As an Account Executive at Palmer Group, your primary mission is to develop and strengthen relationships with clients and prospects who need help finding and hiring talent for their businesses. The demand for quality and timely service remains very high.

You will partner with experienced recruiters who specialize in Sales and Marketing recruiting and staffing. Candidates are sourced continuously from a variety of locations including our database of over 200,000 existing contacts, referrals, job postings, applications, resume databases, and social media.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in business development. Calls are made in person, via video, phone, and e-mail. This activity-based business requires patience, persistence, and consistent planning and execution.
