• Strong blueprint reading and technical knowledge
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience with design-build projects
• Vendor and subcontractor management
• Ability to perform project estimates and handle contract administration
