Work Model:

  • Hybrid
  • 4 days a week on-site, 1 day a week remote after training completion
  • 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs
  • Located in Oshkosh, WI, or Orlando, FL

What You Will Do:

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, including mail sorting, batch preparation, scanning, and data entry
  • Ensure all non-purchase order invoices are properly approved and coded according to company policies
  • Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and inquiries
  • Assist in onboarding and training of junior team members, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere
  • Support various administrative duties related to accounts payable operations as needed

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor relations
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and work in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software
  • Knowledge of non-purchase order processes and ability to resolve invoice discrepancies independently
