What You Will Do:

• Manage performance management processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and timely completion
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and provide timely support
• Conduct workplace investigations and maintain confidential documentation
• Develop performance improvement plans and facilitate performance conversations
• Support managers with coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate learning and development programs and maintain LMS content

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices including employee relations and employment law compliance
• Experience managing employee relations issues with discretion and integrity
• Ability to document performance plans and conduct workplace investigations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and learning management systems
