What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Build responsive, high-performing applications for both Android and iOS
  • Develop integrations with REST APIs and enterprise platforms
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support
  • Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Recommend application enhancements and technology improvements
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices
  • Support business-facing and manufacturing mobile applications
  • Stay current on emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 3-5 years of professional mobile application development experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart development
  • Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, RESTful APIs, and full software development lifecycle
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with enterprise platforms such as CRM, CMS, or similar systems
  • Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management concepts
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working independently and in Agile development environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern mobile development best practices
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, manufacturing/business operations applications, and mentoring junior developers
