We are seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Administrator to support and manage enterprise endpoint technologies across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and specialized manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on endpoint management, device lifecycle administration, advanced troubleshooting, and collaboration with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable end-user computing environment. What You Will Do:

  • Manage and support enterprise endpoints including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and peripherals
  • Administer endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SOTI
  • Deploy, configure, refresh, and retire devices using Windows Autopilot and standard provisioning processes
  • Support operating system updates, patch management, application packaging, and device compliance
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, and specialized endpoint devices
  • Resolve advanced endpoint issues escalated from Desktop Support and Service Desk teams
  • Partner with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex endpoint issues
  • Support audiovisual (AV) technologies and assist with deployment projects
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting manufacturing and business operations

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Experience supporting enterprise desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or SOTI
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and endpoint technologies
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or operational technology environments
  • Knowledge of application packaging and endpoint configuration management
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Basic PowerShell or scripting experience
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
