Bring clarity, momentum, and on-time delivery to corporate communications. As the Communications Project Manager, you’ll direct, plan, and organize the work of the corporate communication team in close coordination with the VP, Corporate Communications. You’ll keep projects moving from request to approval, partner across internal departments and external collaborators, oversee event preparations and logistics, and ensure budgets and reporting are tracked accurately–so communication projects meet brand standards, stakeholder needs, and deadlines with confidence.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive project requests, define goals and deadlines, and assign work to Corporate Communications in coordination with the VP
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, subject matter experts, and leadership to deliver projects as intended
  • Prioritize workflow, manage schedules, and align cross-functional efforts using sound judgment
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and required departmental and Corporate Communications approvals
  • Serve as liaison among internal teams and external partners to balance priorities and resolve conflicts
  • Oversee event planning and logistics while managing contracts, budgets, reporting, procurement coordination, and departmental processes

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or ~6 years of equivalent progressive experience)
  • 4+ years of project management or workflow experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications fundamentals (industry and corporate goals preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all business levels, customers, and vendors
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general software tools, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
