What You Will Do:

• Process invoices and maintain accurate vendor records to support day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Coordinate with vendors, employees, and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Support payment processing activities and ensure timely, accurate disbursements
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including account reconciliations and reporting
• Manage expense report review and compliance with company policies
• Identify and support process improvements, including AP systems and workflow enhancements

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, controls, and best practices
• Experience working with vendor management, invoice processing, and payment coordination
• Ability to reconcile accounts and support financial close activities
• Familiarity with expense reporting, 1099 reporting, and compliance requirements
