Work Model:

  • On-Site | Monday – Friday
  • Training is 8 AM – 4:30 PM first 6 weeks
  • Work hours: 3 shifts available 
    • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You Will Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by handling inbound calls and emails from customers and dealers regarding orders, products, and purchasing inquiries
  • Research, resolve, and follow up on complex customer issues, including occasional outbound communication and escalations
  • Process orders, document interactions, and maintain accurate records within the CRM/case management system
  • Build customer relationships through professional communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills with the confidence to handle customer inquiries and challenges
  • Ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with call center, customer support, dealer channel, or similar customer-facing roles; agriculture or technology industry experience is a plus
  • Dependability, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet access
