Senior Accounting and Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst to support accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis activities for our client. What You Will Do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial results, variances, and key business drivers
• Review and maintain balance sheet accounts and financial reports
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements and accounting records
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and compliance activities
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
• Support financial modeling, reporting, and special projects

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
