We are seeking a FileCloud Administrator to join its Infrastructure team, supporting AWS, AWS VDI, and FileCloud environments. This role focuses on administration, user onboarding, troubleshooting, and delivering high-quality technical support while maintaining secure, reliable cloud infrastructure. What You Will Do:

  • Administer and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting core business applications and services
  • Manage AWS-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
  • Serve as FileCloud Administrator, overseeing user onboarding, troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Apply advanced system security practices to protect cloud and file-sharing environments
  • Participate in on-call rotations for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Execute assigned tasks with clear communication, quality focus, and effective team collaboration

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Broad experience with cloud adoption, including application assessments, environment prototyping, server builds, and data migrations
  • Background as an enterprise systems administrator supporting client and server environments, including deployment automation
  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles such as technical support or consulting
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience designing and implementing distributed systems on private or public cloud infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and command-line interfaces, with 1-2 years of experience managing virtual machine infrastructure
