Work Model:

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Assist members with loan applications (personal, auto, credit cards, etc.), explaining loan terms, rates, repayment options, and add-on features
  • Monitor loan pipelines to guarantee processing and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Open new accounts, IRAs, and CDs, and perform account maintenance activities
  • Facilitate member transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Guide financial products and services to help members reach their goals
  • Act as a mentor to team members, supporting their onboarding and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, policy, and procedural standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and share expertise

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of strong financial sales experience
  • Capacity to obtain CUNA FiCEP/CCUFC designation during the first year
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with financial software and basic computer applications
  • Prior experience with community involvement and business development (preferred)
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred)
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards (preferred)
  • 3+ years of consumer lending or banking experience (preferred)
