Our client is searching for a Customer Support Representative II to join their team! This role will serve as a primary point of contact to provide guidance and support to partners and customers, addressing product-related questions and concerns. Work Model:

  • On-Site 
  • 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for inbound calls, working with customers, delivering detailed product/service information, and resolving complex questions and escalations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach
  • Coordinate orders and cross-functional resources to ensure accurate, timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong customer service or call center experience
  • Effective communication and solid troubleshooting ability
  • Dependability and self-motivation with a stable work history
