Receptionist

Work model:

• On-Site
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday

What you will do:

• Welcome all visitors with a warm, professional, and supportive attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls; handle general inquiries
• Support administrative staff with filing, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
• Manage and restock front office supplies; ensure the lobby and reception areas remain clean and inviting
• Assist with various administrative projects when needed

What you will need to be successful:

• Previous office experience in an administrative support, front desk, or clerical role (preferred); recent college graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Warm, welcoming presence with a positive attitude
• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the team
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
