What You Will Do:

• Collaborate closely with suppliers to source components, refine specifications, and ensure seamless system integration
• Develop and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) to support production and engineering changes
• Design and release electrical components and wiring harnesses aligned with project requirements
• Support prototype and production builds by identifying issues and performing effective troubleshooting
• Establish and refine electrical system requirements based on performance, safety, and project goals

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle or mobile equipment electrical systems
• Proficiency with wiring design, schematics, and electrical components
• Familiarity with CAD tools for electrical or harness design
• Understanding of hardware/software integration and system interactions
• Experience with testing (e.g., SIL/HIL) and exposure to off-highway or agricultural equipment
